The longer I do this, the more I find myself drawn to the moments that are truly timeless.

Real smiles. Genuine connection. A little movement, a little laughter, and simply being together.

Trends come and go, but these are the moments that still matter years from now.

Finding a balance between capturing memories for others and capturing them for my own family has always been one of the hardest parts of this business.

I do this job because I truly believe preserving these moments matters. They become pieces of our story—the little reminders of who we are, what we love, and the lives we have built.

But there are days when this job asks for more than it gives. Long days away, weekends that disappear, and moments with my own family that pass by while I'm preserving someone else's.

So every now and then, I remind myself to pick up my camera for the people who need those memories from me the most—and to put it down long enough to simply be part of them.

My boys have grown up in front of my camera, surrounded by animals, wildflower fields, and little adventures like this. One day, these quiet moments with their bunny will be part of memories we treasure most.

Looking for a family, couple, mommy & me, or maternity session for a Rain Garden Session this Sunday!

If Mother Nature doesn't cooperate, we'll create our own rain with the sprinkler.

This session is all about embracing the moment—running barefoot through the garden, laughing, dancing in the rain, and making memories you'll never forget.

Wardrobe is provided. Please bring a towel for afterward.
