I’m 32 today. I started my day with my kids just like every other day, then headed to the gym for a great workout class and a run. I had lunch with my Anne, , and I’ll be finishing my day with my boys and my favorite meal made by my favorite man. Add coffee and kitty snuggles and by and large it’s been an amazing day. Here’s to another year of health and happiness!

Seeing brides on their biggest day makes me realize just how beautiful we women are. Not only on our wedding days when we have our hair and makeup done perfectly and a permigrin on our face because we’re just so dang happy, but every day. When we wake up at 5:30 to get to the gym to stay healthy. When we turn in that big assignment at work and our pride is glowing. When we’re sleepy and tired and worn out from living a day worth living and we fall asleep on the couch. Proud to be a woman today. (Men, you beautiful too.)
