I didn’t have much time this past Wednesday, but I couldn’t pass up the chance to capture some of the beautiful faces and powerful energy at Jacksonville’s Day of the Dead Art Walk.

This was one of those events that reminds you what a camera can really do — capture movement, unity, and purpose all at once.

It was an honor to be out there documenting so many runners, families, and survivors showing up with strength and love.

I’ve been shooting for a while now, but I’ve been holding off on posting much here. That’s about to change.

This set is from an unforgettable night of dust, adrenaline, and storytelling — grateful for the opportunity to be there and big thanks to JC Kitaif Pro Rodeos and the team behind Clay County Pro Rodeo 2025 for putting on such a powerful event.

I’ll be sharing more from past shoots and upcoming events, and I’m excited to finally start putting the work out there consistently.
