This mama came to me in the midst of working through adopting her oldest son's brand new biological sister. I left this session in awe of Alyssa's ability to have peace in the unknown, just taking it day by day. She held steady in her faith, and God is good because after a few months of waiting she finally got news that Glory Layne is coming home! Such a beautiful happy ending for this incredible family! 💖

I couldn't even begin to just choose a couple here, this mama was radiating ☀️ I did this sunrise session at 39+2 weeks pregnant with my 2 year old on my back, climbing on rocks and all. It was beyond worth it because my favorite part of photography is connecting with other mamas in the same season of life and capturing these special moments for them. Thankful for all of you that trust me to be part of your motherhood journeys 🫶

Back from a little social media hiatus! I stayed overwhelmingly (in a good way!) booked up until 5 days before my due date, and had no time for posting. So finally getting some time to catch up on sharing some sessions during my postpartum downtime.

Here was a favorite of mine, an in home newborn session full of laughter as Murphey projectile pooped all over her mama's beautiful dress. Luckily she waited until nearly the end of the session to do the honors 😂

Sometimes kids aren't interested in participating during the session and it might leave you wondering if you even got one decent photo. But surprisingly this can still lead to capturing so many beautiful and authentic moments that I actually love more than the stand there and smile typical photo. I absolutely adore the photos of this session and the story they tell: baby just wanted to be loved on by mama, big sisters just wanted to play, and mom & dad were just along for the ride because life with 3 littles is always an adventure ✨

When these two mentioned that they previously sold all of their belongings to travel freely around the world, I knew immediately they were the perfect couple for this location. A truly adventurous session with the coolest parents to be. Here's to their next great adventure - parenthood!
