From the very beginning, their interactions felt so sincere. Nothing forced. Nothing overthought. Just a family who genuinely enjoyed being together.

And one of my favorite things? They didn’t come looking for the “perfect” picture.

They wanted real.

I am learning more and more to notice and capture the “in between” moments.

The ones where they aren’t looking at me. The ones where their faces are natural, their smiles are genuine, and for a second you can see exactly what their relationship looks like.

Brothers can be loud, wild, competitive, annoying, hilarious… and still have the strongest love for each other.

Years from now, I don’t think you’ll care if everyone was looking at the camera.

You’ll care that you can still see how little they were, how close they stood, and how much they loved each other. 🤍

There’s just something special about cousins. 🤍

The way they naturally loved on each other was one of my favorite things to watch through my camera. They could make each other smile when no one else could.

And when I take your pictures, always remember: there’s no pressure here. We take our time. We let them be silly. We let them pout. We let them decide they are completely over pictures for a minute. 😂 And sometimes, we let the cousins work their magic.

Somewhere in the middle of all of that, we get the good stuff.

Not just pretty pictures—but the little pieces of who they are together right now.

And I think that’s the part worth remembering. 🤍

Happy Sunday!

I'm so grateful to get to help families hold onto moments that go by way to fast!

The more I think about my own parenting journey, the more I realize how quickly life becomes a blur. The little details that you think you will never forget somehow start to fade.

That's a huge part of why I love what I do so much. I get to freeze a tiny piece of this season for families to keep long after it is gone. What a blessing!

These are the moments you will want to remember....

When they got sticky fingers eating cotton candy, started dancing right in the middle of the midway, or ran holding hands between the rides.

The fair holds such a special place in my heart, and I can't wait to capture a few of those moments for you guys, too! THIS is exactly why I LOVE being a photographer!

These little Pre-K & Kindergarten graduation photos have been such a blast so far! ❤️

So many of these kiddos I’ve photographed for years now, and getting to see them grow up a little more each milestone is honestly the sweetest part of this job.

I loved getting to catch up with families, reminisce a little, and celebrate these babies heading into their next chapter.
