BIG CHANGE:
2027 SUMMER FAMILY MINI SESSIONS
I’m making a change to the way I’ll be offering family sessions this coming summer!
With a very busy wedding season ahead, I need to create a better balance in my schedule. I’ve realized that I simply can’t juggle a large number of individual family sessions on different dates throughout the summer anymore , but I also don’t want to stop photographing families altogether!
Moving forward, I will no longer be taking one hour sessions (unless they are engagement sessions), or extended family sessions.
So for Summer 2027, I’ll be offering THREE Family Mini Session evenings, with just 4 families per date!
JUNE 26 — Behind Home Depot (2 sessions left)
JULY 24 — Palmer Park (3 sessions left)
AUGUST 7 — The Rock by Wilson School (4 sessions)
$225+tax, 15 Minutes
Each session is 15 minutes, with 5 minutes built in between families.
50% is due at the time of booking to officially reserve your spot. The remaining balance is due the day of your session.
There will be only 4 family session spots available per date and once they’re filled, I will not be adding additional family session dates.
👨👩👧👦 IMMEDIATE FAMILIES ONLY
These sessions are for immediate families only. As part of this change, I will no longer be offering extended-family sessions (multiple households/generations). I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who has trusted me with those sessions over the years, but they will no longer be part of my session offerings going forward.
🐾 PETS ARE WELCOME!
I love including your pets in family photos! However, please keep in mind that these sessions are only 15 minutes long and are scheduled back to back.
If you’re bringing a pet, they need to be very well behaved and comfortable being photographed so we’re able to make the most of our short time together. If your pet typically needs extra time to settle, has difficulty following direction, or may not do well in a fast paced mini session setting, these sessions may not be the best fit. You also need to let me know if you're bringing a pet.
🌧️ WEATHER
If weather causes me to reschedule one of the scheduled Mini Session evenings, we will move the sessions to a new date at no additional cost.
📅 NEED TO RESCHEDULE?
If you need to move your session for any reason, I’m happy to accommodate when my schedule allows. Because your new date will become a standalone mini session rather than part of a scheduled Mini Session evening, the total session price will become $250+tax.
All individual rescheduled sessions must take place on a weeknight and are based on my availability. Weekend reschedule dates will not be available.
I’m really excited about this change! It allows me to continue photographing families while keeping my summer schedule manageable alongside a full wedding season, work, and most importantly, time with my own family. 🤍
