Florals can completely change the feel of a wedding day.
Some favorites I keep coming back to:
• Timeless whites, think white garden roses, ranunculus, lisianthus, and hydrangeas that never go out of style.
• Soft spring pastels with blush peonies, sweet peas, tulips, delphinium, and butterfly ranunculus for that light, romantic feel.
• And the unexpected!! Queen Anne’s lace, chamomile, cosmos, grasses, olive branches, and even little “weeds” that make an arrangement feel effortless and full of movement.
There’s no right choice, just what feels like you!! My biggest piece of advice? Let your florist do what they do best. Give them a little direction on the overall vibe, colors, textures, and maybe one or two flowers you absolutely love, then let them create the magic. Some of the most beautiful bouquets I’ve ever photographed happened because the florist had room to be creative.
