Josieeeeee absolutely crushed her senior session! It was originally supposed to rain and we weren’t sure if we could still meet (story of the summer so far) but it ended up being one of the most perfect evenings ❤️

Two sessions. Two gorgeous locations. One beautiful Maggie. 🤍✨

We started her senior photos at Mills River and finished up at the beautiful Shelburne Farms, where we were blessed with the kind of Vermont evening photographers dream about. Perfect weather, beautiful light, and Maggie absolutely owning every frame. 📸

I’d say session number two was a pretty damn good finale. 👏🏼✨

When Emma said she wanted to do her senior session at her dad’s house, I’ll admit… I was a little skeptical. 😂

Then I showed up and immediately had to eat my words because HELLO?! The gorgeous backdrops, the greenery, the space that holds so much meaning for Emma — it ended up being the perfect place for her senior photos. 🥹🤍

We battled some serious Vermont wind, and the sky spent the entire session trying to decide if it wanted to give us sunshine or clouds. 😂 But thankfully, the rain stayed away long enough for us to get the whole session in!

Sometimes the best locations are the ones that mean the most. ✨📸

Burlington + gorgeous architecture + Emerald = one hell of a senior session. 🤍✨

She wanted something a little more urban and editorial for her senior photos, and honestly… she understood the assignment.

Her outfit, every location, every pose — she absolutely crushed it. 👏🏼

Emerald, you were made for the camera. 📸✨

First senior guy of the season ✔️ and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better one. 🙌🏼

Gavin was so easygoing, completely down for whatever, and made my job way too easy. I photographed his sister’s senior photos a few years ago, so getting to have their family back in front of my camera for Gavin’s turn was extra special. 🥹

And because apparently Vermont likes to keep us photographers humble, we had another day where the weather couldn’t decide what the hell it wanted to do. 😂 But somehow we lucked out with beautiful temps, some sunshine, and the kind of evening that makes you forget you were checking the radar every 12 minutes.

Gavin, you absolutely crushed it.✨📸

Riley and I went back and forth trying to decide if we wanted to risk the weather for our shoot, and ultimately decided to go for it. Holy crap, am I glad we did!

We started in the gardens with bright overcast skies, which actually gave us the chance to use a few backdrops I don’t usually get to shoot with when the sun is out. Then we headed to my favorite field… and wouldn’t you know it, the sun decided to make an appearance and stayed with us for the rest of the evening. ☀️

So basically, the weather knew exactly what it was doing. And I’d say it paid off. 🤍

Maggie kicked off her senior photo experience with session ONE of TWO! 🥹✨

And obviouslyyy we had to start at one of my favorite locations — I swear I could photograph here a million times and never get tired of it. Maggie was an absolute sweetheart, we had the best evening, and now I’m already excited to see what we create for round two. 🩷📸

We had the best time wandering around Shelburne Farms, and sessions like this always remind me how freaking lucky I am to do this. I’ve gotten to work with the sweetest girls, and the fact that they trust me to capture such a big season of their lives will never get old.

So grateful for every single one of you. 🫶🏻
