Palometa Print Company

Palometa Print Company Charleston, SC, based nowadays, we've got a story or two of our own to tell, but we're far more interested in hearing and telling yours first.

Palometa Print Company is the outlet for our best accounts from the field. Storytellers at heart, you can find us getting in on the action or slowing down to capture the most authentic and heartfelt moments life brings our way. Listening, learning and retelling a story that is uniquely yours is one of our favorite ways to create. We're Floridians at heart, but anywhere with crisp, salt air and low

tides feels like home. You can catch us chasing down redfish on the weekend, and (if Kait had her way) stocking the cooler with fresh guacamole and tortillas for the ride in. For us, it's all about soaking up the authentic, beautiful moments every day. If that's something you're interested in, drop us a line. We'd love to hear more!

Your engagement session will always feel more meaningful when it’s shaped by a landscape that already feels like part of your story.

For Alyssa & Daniel, that meant leaning into the wild Florida scenery — palmettos, sandy trails, old oaks, and the heavy summer air right before sunset on Memorial Day weekend in Daytona Beach. The landscape influences everything: the movement, the light, the feeling of the photographs, and ultimately the way the memories come back years from now.

The best sessions never feel disconnected from the place they happened. 🤍

Some of our favorite wedding portraits happen after the timeline slows down a little — when the nerves fade, the veil comes loose, and it finally feels like the two of you are simply together.

Ashlyn + Rex wandered through Whitewood Ranch at sunset relaxed, laughing, and completely settling into the moment. The kind of images that feel less like poses and more like memories you’ll want to hold onto forever.

An incredibly sweet day with such a wonderful team behind it:

Somewhere between the garden paths, the live oaks, and the stillness of the water — Sommer + Brandon’s wedding day felt like classic Charleston in the best way.

Wandering through the gardens at Magnolia in the quiet moments before the rain with Sommer + Brandon. The soft light, pearl-dotted veil, and the feeling of simply taking your time together made these portraits feel timeless in the best way.

There’s something about the gardens this time of year that feels almost cinematic — lush, humid, still, and impossibly romantic.

Some wedding portraits feel less like posing and more like wandering through the evening together while the light fades around you. The rain had finally passed, the grass was still damp beneath our feet, and Middleton felt heavy with that quiet softness that only comes after a storm.

The best photographs usually happen somewhere in between movement and stillness — the spin of a dress, muddy hems, a hand reaching back, the last bit of light before dinner begins.

The rain came and went throughout the day, settling into the grass beneath the oaks and leaving little traces of the weather behind — even the florals carried tiny specks of dirt by the evening. And somehow, it only made everything feel more textured, atmospheric, and beautiful.

We’ll always lean into whatever a wedding day brings. The wind, the rain, the shifting light, the softness after a storm — it all becomes part of the story and gives the photographs a sense of place and memory you can actually feel. Middleton Place was especially beautiful wrapped in all of it. ✨

The engagement sessions that always end up feeling the most timeless usually start with an experience instead of just a location.

There’s something about sailing the coast at sunset that creates so much natural movement and feeling without needing to force anything. The wind in your hair, changing light on the water, the quiet in-between moments, the way the evening slowly unfolds — it all photographs so beautifully because you’re actually in the moment together instead of thinking about the camera.

I think that’s what gives photos longevity. When they feel less like a perfectly curated shoot and more like a memory you’ll want to return to years from now.

Yesterday at The Whitewood Ranch 🤍

Bailee + Griffin — effortless, emotional, and full of the kind of joy you feel long after the last song plays. These are just a few quiet peeks from a day that unfolded beautifully from start to finish.
