happy new year everyone!! hope it has been everything you had imagined and more so far.

my apologies as i have been MIA for the past few weeks as i have been soaking up the rest of what 2022 had to offer! i just wanted to reflect a bit on here for the year 2022

this past year was absolutely incredible with so many amazing opportunities. it was a year full of new places, new adventures, and new personal growth.

from moving out of my home state for the first time, to going on a 3 week road trip with some of my best friends. i couldn’t imagine this year going any better!

i hope your year was full of good memories and lots of new adventures.

this was shot this summer in yosemite near yosemite falls! saw some cool climbers and knew i had to get this sick shot!!

i picked up climbing this summer as well, but mostly in the gym, but it would be so cool to try it out like this someday!

this road in glacier was suchhhh a cool drive, but i could definitely see how it could freak some people out if not prepared for driving along the side of a mountain😂 but i thought it was absolutely incredible, and cmon views like this? absolutely worth it

📍longs peak, rocky mountain national park, CO

ohhh rocky mountain. fun fact! RMNP the very first place to open my eyes up to the national park world. and i will never look back.

the first time i went to rocky mountain np was back in the summer of 2018 with my dad, and i had no idea what i was getting myself into. we had 3 days in rmnp and it was a trip i will remember forever.

going on that trip years ago has led me to not only return to it this past summer 4 years later, but to go to almost 20 more in that time frame.

i can’t imagine my life without hiking and just the national park lifestyle in general. it has brought me some of my closest friends, allowed me to get out of my hometown and explore the country — especially this summer with zion, and just really allowed me to become myself and who i am today. and i am forever grateful for my dad and that trip for introducing me to the endless possibilities in the outdoors.

it’s me again!

today i’m spotlighting glacier national park once again but the many glacier area! and LOOK at this view!! it was such a beautiful area and the reflection on the water was just magical!

there are many hikes in this area, and definitely an area of the park i recommend to anyone in the area travelling!
