…and then everything else fades away. ✨

All this recent rain made me reflect on & ‘s wedding day, specifically this brief moment during their first look they got to spend together.

Up on the mountain, clouds and rain is more normal, but it didn’t take away from anything. If anything, it made the moment even more meaningful. Slower. Softer. More intentional. 🌧️

A new sweet chapter 🪷

Getting to photograph & again, this time with their sweet eleven-month-old Theo, was such a joy. From their 2021 wedding day to a sun-filled afternoon wandering the gardens with their first little love, this session was a really sweet snapshot of this season of life. 🪴

Family sessions are always planned around the active rhythms of little ones, and the early upcountry light at couldn’t have been more perfect. A gentle stroll through lush paths, stopping to take in the sights, and ending by the pond watching the koi had Theo completely mesmerized 🐟✨

So grateful to keep documenting these seasons as they unfold, one sweet moment at a time 📸

Three years in the making 💍

I first connected with and in 2022, and right from the start, it felt like catching up with old friends. We were planning their wedding when life threw a beautiful surprise — they found out they were expecting a baby 👶💫

Plans shifted, as life often does, but their dream of saying “I do” in Maui never changed. Three years later, at the stunning Pineapple Chapel, that dream finally came to life and I had the absolute honor of capturing it all 📸

Being there didn’t feel like just another wedding day… it felt like showing up for people I truly care about. There were so many moments I loved that I couldn’t narrow them down…so consider this part one. Part two coming soon 😅💛
