A little business update I’m VERY excited to share… 👀📸
I’ll be photographing + attending the upcoming KC Wedding Guild luncheon: “’Til Death Do Us Part” — A Murder Mystery! 💍🩸😂

This one is extra exciting because I’ll be there not just as an attendee, but as one of the photographers capturing the day!

The luncheon is happening October 6th at the brand new Sugar Hollow Crossing in Sugar Creek, MO, and if you know me, you know a wedding-themed murder mystery is basically the perfect combination of everything I love. 😂🤎

I’m so excited to connect with more KC wedding vendors, photograph all the fun details, and be part of another opportunity that’s pushing my photography business into places I’ve dreamed about.

I have been SO busy these last few months that I haven’t even had a chance to really soak it all in.

Every day I’ve been thinking about how behind I am, how much work I still have to do, how stressed I am, how busy life has been… that I completely missed the fact that I’m literally living the dream I prayed for.

So many amazing things have happened these last few months. I’ve met incredible people, worked alongside some insanely talented humans, said yes to opportunities I once only dreamed about, and watched my photography business grow in ways I never expected.

And somehow, in the middle of all of it, I was too busy trying to keep up to actually stop and appreciate it.

Today it hit me.

I’m right where I want to be.

This is the life I worked for. The business I dreamed about. The opportunities I hoped would come. The people I hoped I’d meet.

It may be chaotic. It may be exhausting. I may constantly feel like I’m behind…

…but holy crap, I’m living my dream. 🤎

And I don’t want to be so busy building this life that I forget to actually enjoy it.

I’m officially allowed to share that I shot for the January edition of KC Engaged Magazine! 📸

This has been such a HUGE opportunity for me, and I’m so incredibly grateful I got to work alongside such an amazing team. I’ve had so much fun these last few weeks getting to live out a dream and do what I love at a whole new level.

I can’t share any of the photos just yet — you’ll have to wait until the January edition comes out! 👀 But I can share that you’ll be seeing my work throughout the magazine, and I have even more fun opportunities coming up with this incredible team in the future. 🥹🤎

Honestly, I’m just feeling really grateful. Grateful for the opportunities coming my way, grateful for the people who have believed in me and taken a chance on me, and grateful that I get to call this my job. 📸

From September 1st–October 31st, I’ll have 4 different fall setups to choose from:
