If you're new here, it's important that you know something crucial about The Empowerment Studio--it's not for everyone.

A. We are trying really hard to get our content to reach a wider audience. If you see anything on our page that you like, I'd love it if you could help us out by sharing it or even just telling your friends about the Empowerment Studio.

Being whole can mean stepping out of line and that can make some people a little... twitchy. It's fine. That's actually a them problem.

In our bo***ir sessions, we help people who've been taught to see their bodies as the problem. They get to reclaim their own power and pleasure, so they can feel seen, feel sexy, and carry that with them long after they leave our studio.

We can understand why it might feel extremely vulnerable to explore the idea of booking a session with us--even if you might not be that nervous about showing up in photos.

Because for some folks, it might not be that you're taking the pictures but because you are violating a social contract where you promised to participate in your own diminishment so everyone stays comfortable.
And that has worked for a lot of us... for a while. But it's not sustainable.

If you're an American, did you know you can go to 5calls.org to find the information to call your immediate representatives and let them know how you feel and what you expect from them as someone who represents you?

I know that calling is the worst thing ever and it's awkward and scary but that's okay. It's okay to do it scared.
If it helps--in addition to having the phone information, 5calls also have scripts to follow but you can change, edit, or say something different all together if that feels good to you.

Even if you already have an idea of how your representatives will react to whatever situation you're calling about--it's still important for there to be a record of what their constituents asked for and how they handled it. At least you would have spoken out when you needed to. And who knows? What if they surprise us??
