I went out to photograph some Eagles and Blue Herons at the invitation of Tate Stephens, who is an accomplished wildlife/bird photographer. He's lived in the KC area for less than a year, and I've been here since 1971 and was not aware of the photo opportunities these locations offered. Had a great time. Thanks Tate! Went up to Loess Bluffs National Wildlife Refuge last Tuesday. There were quite a few Eagles but the snow geese did not number very high. Hope you enjoy the photos . . . .
