Because most of us have spent years judging our bodies, silencing our needs, and performing for approval.

To shrink our laughter, our opinions, our hunger, our ambition.

And especially—our bodies.

Too loud. Too soft. Too curvy. Too skinny.

Too much. Too emotional.

Too perfect. Too messed up.

No matter what box we fit—or didn’t fit—we were made to feel wrong for it.

But in my studio? That ends.

I’m not just here to take your photo.

I’m here to help you unlearn the shame, the judgment, the constant apology.

I teach you to celebrate your whole self—

Your mind.

Let’s get one thing straight:

Doing a session with me is not about lingerie.
It’s not about lace or fishnets or what’s “sexy enough.”

You could show up in a bodysuit, a sweatshirt, your partner’s tee, or even a damn robe—
if it makes you feel good.

Here’s what I tell every woman:

Don’t try your outfits on in front of a mirror.
That mirror will lie to you before you even blink.
Instead—go into your closet.

Put the piece on.

Touch the ceiling.

Touch the floor.

Move side to side. Breathe in it.

See how it feels—not how it looks.

Because when something feels good, you carry it differently.

Your body opens. Your energy flows. You stop nitpicking.

We all have that sweatshirt that isn’t technically flattering but we wear it anyway—because it makes us feel safe, alive, real.

That’s what I want in your bag.

Now—here’s the twist:

I require every woman to bring one piece of lingerie she would NEVER buy for herself.

Something you’d normally scroll right past.

Something that makes your brain immediately say, “Nope. Not me.”
Yeah
 that one.

Buy it.

Don’t look in the mirror.

Make sure it feels good—let it move with you.
Because when we shut down the inner “no,” we give space for a new yes.

And nine times out of ten?

That outfit you almost didn’t bring ends up being your absolute favorite.
