When the sun went down in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Kansas City, the 816 Run Club took over Troost with the Moonlight Mile. Runners took off in pace groups starting with 15 min/mile at 10 pm, continuing in waves every 30 seconds all the way down to 4:30 min/mile pace. They left Oddly Correct separately but arrived a mile later at Main Street Tavern as one.

This weekend Rick & Kristi TRIed something a little different… 📸 The Route 66 Triathlon at Lake Arcadia in Edmond, Oklahoma traded a chance of storms for hot and humid conditions. Athletes took on the 🔥 to complete sprint and Olympic-distance triathlon events, plus duathlon and aquabike options. This weekend, 📸 John Knepper traveled to Bartlesville, Oklahoma to shoot the Flower Moon Trail Run - part of the Outlaw 100 Trail Series. The 50 mile, marathon, half, and 5K was set up at a new location, Camp McClintock, on a five-mile loop. Elevation, heat and humidity, and rocky, scenic trails made it a fun and challenging adventure for runners at all levels.
