PHOTOS FOR A PURPOSE🤍

We’re officially opening bookings for Photos for a Purpose, a very special adoption fundraiser hosted by Collective Grace - Hair & Makeup Artistry + Vines Studios on November 6th.

For $400, your session includes:

✨ Professional hair + makeup by Collective Grace
📸 30-minute photography session with Vines Studios
🤍 Your choice of Headshots, Family Portraits, or Maternity
🖼️ 15 professionally edited images

Your total time at the studio will be approximately 1 hour 30 minutes — 1 hour for hair + makeup followed by your 30-minute photo session.

100% of the proceeds will go toward the Bolen family’s adoption 🤍

This adoption is incredibly special to our family. The twins are already a part of our family and deeply loved. This journey is simply about making official what is already true in our hearts — we are family.

So whether you’ve been needing updated headshots, wanting beautiful family photos, or you’re expecting a little one, we’d love for you to join us for this special day. Here’s something I tell every couple I work with: it’s completely fine if you aren’t professional models, that’s what I’m here for. So how the heck do we get that “effortlessly perfect photo”. There’s this thing that happens about 15 minutes into portraits where people stop overthinking and just start being themselves, and that’s when I stop getting the fine photos and start getting the ones you’re going to actually LOVE. But don’t worry, I’ll be watching for the double chins, weird angles and misplaced hair. At the end of the day it’s the small things that matter!!

Every time I deliver a gallery I wonder which photo is going to be the one.The one that makes them stop scrolling completely. The one that gets sent to the group chat at 11pm with nothing but crying emojis. The one that ends up framed above the
fireplace. Or the fridge, I always have a photo I refer to as the “fridge pic” which is the one where my couple is just smiling at the camera.
Usually that’s the one that mom or grandma tends to post or hang up for everyone to see!!
I never know which one it’ s going to be going in but I know it’s always there somewhere
and my job is to make sure I caught it.

A little prep on the front end saves so much of your portrait time.
The couples who go in with a plan are the ones who actually finish on time and get to enjoy cocktail hour.

I thought I was building a business, but I was really building a life.

A life full of answered prayers. The farm, the memories, the growth, my husband, our kids, and so much of what I once prayed for.

All of my dreams came true.

Not all at once and not how I imagined… but somehow even better.
