Meet Eme! She is absolutely stunning, creative, and such a sweet young lady. I had so much fun bouncing ideas around with her during her session and capturing her personality along the way.

We had the perfect setting at her grandparents’ beautiful Cross Mountain Vineyards in Fredericksburg. It made the session even more special to be able to photograph her in a place that is part of her family’s story.

Eme and her mom were both so sweet, and I truly enjoyed my time with them. Eme, you are beautiful inside and out, and I’m so glad I got to capture this special season for you. I can’t wait for our spring session!

Senior Sunday | McCrae
I remember sweet McCrae from St. Peter’s when I photographed the Pre-K class for a fundraiser, so it was special to see her again all these years later, this time for her senior portraits!

She is just as precious as I remember and was SO much fun to photograph. She is absolutely gorgeous, and we had such a great time! It was also so nice getting to spend the afternoon with her and her mom. She is so easy to talk with, and the session could have gone on forever! I’m looking forward to her full session in the spring!

This session was part of my **Senior Summer Special**, where those who booked early received a complimentary mini session or could add one to an existing session. We’re still shooting them, but **this is the LAST TWO DAYS of the special!**

It has been such a fun way to kick off the year and get to know the seniors I’ll be photographing this year. After 29 years of senior portraits, it is still such a joy to do what I do and be part of their senior year.

So excited about this year’s group of seniors! Here are some of my 2027 seniors in a sneak peek! Most of these girls I’ve known since grade school, so getting to photograph them together as seniors was extra special. They are absolutely gorgeous and so sweet, and we had the best time!

A little availability reminder for fall + spring portrait sessions.

I intentionally keep my portrait calendar limited so I can give each client a relaxed, personalized experience, with room for weather, school activities, and rescheduling when needed.

Here’s my current availability for the upcoming portrait season. Once these dates are filled, I’ll close availability for that season.

A note about booking: Due to a busy portrait season, I’m unable to hold dates or spots on the portrait list without a completed booking. Your date and spot are officially reserved once the contract is signed and the invoice has been paid. Until both are complete, the date remains available to others.

I’m so excited to share Kenslea’s full senior session!

Senior sessions are one of my favorite things to photograph, and this one was especially fun. I am so incredibly blessed that I am able to make a living meeting these amazing seniors and spend evenings in the beautiful summer light along the river! Kenslea brought so much joy and sweetness to every moment. She is a dancer, so of course we had to incorporate a little movement into her session—and I loved how those moments came together in the water.

She is truly beautiful inside and out, and I loved spending this time with her and her family.

This session was extra special because it was the complimentary session she received for booking and paying early. And the fun isn’t over! We’ll be working together again for her fall and spring sessions!

I’m so looking forward to everything we’ll create together throughout her senior year.

And with that… I’m officially kicking off my **Class of 2027 senior season** with this beautiful girl! It is already gearing up to be an amazing senior year! I am so excited for the group of seniors I have this year.

I had so much fun with Kenslea and her sweet parents during her senior session yesterday!
This young lady is truly like sunshine in a bottle—her smile, personality, and joy are absolutely contagious. I couldn't wait to share a few teasers!
I have so many more favorites to come, but here's a little sneak peek. I am already getting so excited for all of my upcoming senior sessions. My calendar is filling quickly, and I only have a limited number of senior sessions available this season.

Summer and early fall are some of my favorite times for family sessions.
The weather is beautiful, the light is gorgeous, and it's a great time to update your family photos before schedules get hectic and the holiday season arrives. A step ahead for Christmas cards and before the kids head off to college, if possible.
