REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHER / VIDEOGRAPHER – MAUI
1099 Contractor | $125–$565+ Per Shoot
Established Maui real estate media company serving the island for 10+ years is hiring two professional photographer/videographers:
• 1 based in South Maui
• 1 based in West Maui
Great opportunity for an experienced photographer/videographer to add consistent, well-paid weekday work. Real estate experience is not required; we provide training.
WORK
Shoot residential real estate, primarily in your area:
• Photography
• Real estate video
• Drone photo/video
• Matterport 3D tours
• Occasional twilight & agent videos
NO EDITING. You shoot and upload; we handle post-production. Matterport camera provided.
SCHEDULE & PAY
Approximately 4–10 shoots/week, sometimes more or less. Most shoots are weekdays 9 AM–1 PM, with occasional evenings/weekends. You provide availability and we schedule within your open times.
Pay: $125–$565 per shoot depending on services, averaging about $250. Basic shoots take 45–60 minutes; full-service shoots up to about 3 hours. Photographers typically earn $100+ per hour of shoot time. Volume is not guaranteed.
REQUIRED
• Professional photo AND video experience
• Full-frame DSLR/mirrorless camera
• Quality wide-angle (approx. 12–24mm) & zoom lenses
• High-end drone + FAA Part 107
• Tripod, remote trigger & gimbal
• Computer + high-speed internet
• Driver's license + reliable vehicle
• Professional portfolio
Must be dependable, punctual, professional, personable, detail-oriented, self-directed and a strong communicator.
