Since February 1996, my calling has been to reside, work, and play in Maui, Hawaii. In addition to spending fun times with my beautiful wife and adorable daughter, photography is my passionate outlet in this crazy world in which we all live. For me, it's difficult to say that I specifically photograph portraits or landscapes. Instead, I endeavor to capture how a person or scene makes my heart feel

at a particular moment (regardless of whatever happens to be in front of my lens.) Yes, I photograph feelings. Seems kind of weird at first, but it's true just the same. This is the best way that I can describe my personal approach to the art of photography.

Sometimes the colors don’t look real — it’s not every sunset that I get to experience such vibrancy. However, this was the Creator’s show on Sunday evening here on Maui. The clouds due to the weather systems really were spectacular. I can only image what Heaven will look like one day. 📷❤️🏝️

I’ve had a camera in my hand as long as I can remember. I’ve always enjoyed shooting both seascapes and landscapes. This one was a few years ago on a very colorful Maui evening. 🏝️📷
