December was for proposals 💍

Normally, I hole up for the month - designing albums and putting the finishing touches on the last few weddings of the year. But this year, December had me back behind the camera for THREE beautiful proposals!

I’m ready for more beach sessions!

Fun fact: Though I consider myself more of a mountain mama, I grew up on the water. And every time I get back to that salty air, there’s a little fire that gets lit inside me. There’s still a piece of me that is fully connected to that fresh ocean air, the rush of the waves, the seagulls gathering on the wet sandy shoreline. *sigh*

💍Something big is coming…!!

Actually, THREE big things - I’m photographing not one, not two, but three proposals over the next few weeks and it has me buzzing with excitement for the year ahead!

My 2026 calendar is open for weddings, elopements, engagement and yes… those sweet family sessions, too!

This cold snap is bringing me back to a chilly sunrise vow exchange with and .icamina.

Although I’m pretty sure this is less of a “snap” and more of a “I guess winter’s finally here.”

I just had the realization that I will [hopefully] one day get to have a mother-son dance and immediately started crying.

To all you moms out there keeping the dance floor fresh, busting a move with your baby boy… I see you. And this may now be my favorite moment of a wedding day.
