Have you ever wondered why I bake with duck eggs instead of chicken eggs?
For me, it comes down to what they bring to my baking. Duck eggs have rich, creamy yolks that I love using in many of my recipes. They help create the texture and flavor I've worked so hard to achieve in my gluten-free breads and treats.
Of course, it doesn't hurt that the eggs come from our very own rescue ducks, who are a big part of The Doughy Duck story.
Every loaf of bread, every cinnamon roll, and every sweet treat is baked with care in my dedicated gluten-free, celiac-safe kitchen using ingredients I believe in.
If you've never tried baked goods made with duck eggs, I'd love for you to give them a try and taste the difference for yourself!

Here at The Doughy Duck, I believe the little things make a big difference. That's why many of my baked goods are made with fresh duck eggs from our very own rescue ducks and thoughtfully selected ingredients I feel good about using.
Everything is baked from scratch in my dedicated gluten-free, celiac-safe kitchen with one goal in mind... creating gluten-free breads and treats that people genuinely enjoy.

Whether it's a warm cinnamon roll, a fresh loaf of bread, or your favorite sweet treat, I put the same care into every batch.

It's safe to say... these cinnamon rolls have become a favorite!

Every week, I hear from so many of you asking if I'll be making another batch, and honestly, that makes me smile every single time.

Soft, fluffy, and made from scratch in my dedicated gluten-free, celiac-safe bakery, they're baked with plenty of love (and yes... farm-fresh duck eggs from our rescue ducks!).

If you haven't tried one yet, maybe this is your sign. But don't wait too long... they have a habit of disappearing pretty quickly!
