I need you to understand something. That is not a glow up. That is not a filter. That is a woman who spent an hour letting herself be seen, really seen, probably for the first time in a long time.
She came in carrying everything women carry. The doubt, the self-criticism, the "I'll do something like this when I lose the weight" or "when I feel better about myself" or "when the timing is right."

She said she wanted to feel her worth. Four words. That's it. And I think about that a lot because how many of us are walking around not feeling it? Like genuinely disconnected from the idea that we are worth being seen, worth taking up space, worth a whole day dedicated entirely to ourselves? Lauren walked in and by the end of this session she was a completely different person. Not because anything changed on the outside. But because something clicked on the inside. That's the thing I can never fully explain about this work until you experience it yourself. She talked about spending her whole life showing up for everyone else, leading, serving, being the strong one. And she decided it was finally time to turn some of that grace inward.
