Here is my story and why I’m doing what I’m doing on Etsy…

I started my Etsy shop because of two things I’ve always loved… traveling and photography.

There’s just something about being out exploring new places, chasing the right light, and capturing moments that most people might drive right past. And honestly, I don’t just want to keep those moments to myself… I want to share them with people who enjoy that same kind of beauty.

I spend countless hours driving around, searching for scenes and moments that I think you all will love and enjoy. A lot of time, patience, and passion goes into every single photo.

So I started my Etsy shop with one goal in mind — to turn my landscape photography into something that allows me to keep going. To travel more, to capture more, and to start shooting some of the more well-known locations I’ve always had on my list.

And someday, I want this to become my full-time career.

Every order I receive goes directly back into getting to the next photo. It’s not just a print… it’s helping fund the next trip, the next location, and the next story.

And right now, I’m still running a 50% off sale for anyone who’s been thinking about grabbing one.

I truly appreciate all the support — it means more than you know 🙌

Pulled up to Highland Lawn Cemetery thinking I was getting a peaceful, relaxing photo…

…and instead the sky said “nah, let’s make this dramatic” 😅🌩️

These clouds rolled in like they had somewhere to be, and suddenly this chapel looked like the setting for a movie scene. I swear it went from calm to “something big is about to happen” in about 2 minutes.

Not gonna lie, I was watching the sky like 👀 the whole time wondering if I was about to get soaked or struck by lightning… but hey, you don’t leave when it looks THIS good.

Definitely one of those moments where bad weather = great photo.

What all do you think about this one? 👀📸

Today is Seward’s Day 🇺🇸

Observed on the last Monday in March, it honors William H. Seward, the Secretary of State who helped negotiate the purchase of Alaska back in 1867 — a decision that was heavily criticized at the time but later became one of the most valuable land deals in U.S. history.

What was once called “Seward’s Folly” turned into something far greater… a reminder that vision and belief can pay off in a big way.

To celebrate that idea, I’m continuing my 50% OFF sale for one more week on my Etsy shop 📸

If you’ve been thinking about picking up a print, now’s a great time. I’ve got a mix of Indiana landscapes, covered bridges, and some newer shots I’ve been adding.

I appreciate all the support more than you know — every order helps keep this dream moving forward.

The Amtgard Live Action Roleplaying was back at Billie Creek Village this weekend ⚔️

From foam sword battles to awesome costumes, there was nonstop action all day. It’s always cool seeing a historic place like this come to life in such a unique way.

Definitely a fun event to check out — and even better to capture through the lens 📸

Last weekend I made the trip down to St. Louis with one goal in mind… start checking off a big goal I set for myself this year — photographing outside of Indiana 📍

I’ve spent so much time capturing the beauty here at home, but I’ve really been wanting to branch out and shoot more well-known locations… and the Gateway Arch was at the top of that list.

Once I got there, I had a specific shot in mind. I was hoping to get down by the water for that perfect reflection… but after scouting around, I couldn’t find access to the spot I was envisioning.

Instead of calling it quits, I kept pushing and ended up making my way across the river. And honestly… I’m glad I did.

Right after the sun dipped below the horizon and the lights kicked on, everything came together for this shot 🌇

Sometimes the photo you plan isn’t the one you get… but it can still turn into something even better.

Also… I’m still running 50% OFF everything in my shop right now 🔥

The Edna Collins Covered Bridge in Greencastle has been standing since 1922, stretching across Little Walnut Creek and carrying over a century of history with it.

Over the years, it’s become more than just a bridge—it’s a landmark with stories tied to it.

One of those stories is a local legend about a young girl who lost her life near the bridge many years ago. Some say if you walk through it alone at night, you might hear footsteps… or even a faint voice echoing through the wood.

Whether that story is true or not, it’s part of what gives this bridge its identity today.

That’s exactly why I went with a darker, moodier edit on this shot—it felt like the right way to capture both the history and the story behind it.

So I’ve got to ask 👇
Would you walk through this bridge alone at night… or no chance? 😅

New print just dropped in the shop… and this one stopped me in my tracks.

When I walked into the Cathedral Basilica of St. Louis, I honestly wasn’t ready for it. Every inch of the place is covered in detail, and the gold mosaics light up the entire space in a way that almost doesn’t feel real.

I remember just standing there looking up, trying to take it all in — and this photo is my attempt to capture that exact moment.

If you’re into architecture, history, or just something that really stands out on your wall… this one is special.

Right now, everything in my shop is 50% OFF 🔥
Perfect time to grab a print before the sale ends.

I don’t do big sales very often… but I wanted to do something special.

Right now, everything in my shop is 50% OFF.

Every photo you see has a story behind it — early mornings, late nights, and a lot of miles chasing the right light. It means a lot to be able to share those moments with you.

If there’s one you’ve been thinking about, this is the best time to grab it.

I truly appreciate all the support 🙌
