Snapped Memories “Photography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving.

What you have snapped in a photo is captured forever... it remembers little things, long after you have forgotten everything.”

My cousin said this today “Sometimes I’m sad at myself cause I want loud confirmation of which way to go in life and yet answers come in God’s gentle presence.” I so need to listen better.

When you first start out, you should not go all out and start buying the most expensive equipment first thing. You can get very nice shots with an inexpensive point and shoot camera.

The more photos you take, the more you’ll know about what kind of camera you will need. And when it’s time to upgrade you will know more about the type and kind of camera that fits your lifestyle, the type of shooting you will do, and the types of options you want in your upgraded camera.

Take anywhere Cameras... Gone are the days when a camera was a camera, a MP3 player was an MP3 player, a phone was a phone….

These days digital cameras are found in a variety of other gadgets – including cell phones. In fact Camera Phones are one of the fastest growing segments of the digital camera market and with the improvements in the quality of what is being offered in some phones (higher megapixels, better lenses... ) some believe they are beginning to win market share away from the low end digital camera manufacturers. Many of you are using camera phones regularly.

Unfortunately many of the pictures being taken with Camera Phones are poor in quality. This might partially be a result of lower quality cameras – but it is also often a result of poor photographic technique.

1. Light your subject
2. Get close to your subject
3. Keep still
4. Do not use the digital zoom
5. Keep your lens clean
6. Observe Camera Phone Etiquette
7. Use the highest resolution possible on your camera phone
8. Take lots of photos, experiment
