A photograph I took many years ago of my beautiful Grandma. I didn't take enough. I wish I had 1000 more to look through on the days I am missing her! The world was lucky enough to have her for 97 years before she left her earthly home for something more magnificent. I think I love this photo so much because I feel like I can see into her soul through her eyes. She was a farmer's wife. She knew hard work, she loved God, and she was the ultimate caretaker. I always found so much comfort in her presence. If your grandma is still around, give her a call. Tell her you love her and that you are thankful for her. You won't be able to hear her say that back for as long as you want to.
