Did you know that I offer in home photography sessions? If the thought of getting everyone ready and out the door stresses you out, I can bring the studio to you.You do not need a ton of space for these portraits. I can bring a backdrop or use a wall in your home to turn your space into a studio.

I remember when my child was younger, the preparation involved in having our pictures made gave me so much anxiety. The added worry about whether my child would cooperate during the session felt completely overwhelming. Almost to the point where I wouldn’t even want to take photos at all.
Sometimes it’s easier to take the stress of the unknown away by having me come to you.

I had the honor of capturing these precious, sweet newborn moments in my Kingsport studio, and it reminded me just how deeply grateful I am.

Being able to wake up every morning and have a career that provides for my family the way that it has is something I cherish. Words cannot describe what a privilege this is, and I do not take it for granted. I am so thankful to live in a country that provides the freedom and opportunity to build a career that allows me to express my creativity and preserve your most cherished memories.

Celebrating the independence of this nation feels especially meaningful when I get to witness these precious beginnings. Wishing each of you a happy Fourth of July.

I am so happy for Lexi and Tyler. It was such a joy to visit their home in Erwin TN and document these first few days with their precious baby. Having had the honor of photographing their wedding several years ago, it feels incredibly special to see their family grow and to capture this new chapter for them.

I love specializing in these relaxed, in home newborn sessions, where I can transform a little corner of your space into a beautiful, studio like setting while keeping you and your baby comfortable in your own environment.

As a Knoxville family photographer, I get to witness so many beautiful chapters in people’s lives, but Kelly’s family holds a special place in mine. When I arrived for their session, we talked for a long while, and I still had no idea they were expecting until their daughter proudly held up the ultrasound during photos. I really thought I was going to cry 🥹

I first met Kelly when Dustin was in the hospital recovering from his stroke. She was one of the nurses who cared for him with such kindness and she was such an encouragement during his journey back to health. I’ve carried gratitude for her ever since. To be invited into her family’s milestones now feels like a gift from the Lord, a reminder of how He connects our lives in ways we never would expect.

Just finished this beautiful Smoky Mountain proposal and engagement session at Dollywood and DreamMore Resort. Celebrating KaAnna and Jeremiah was such a joy, and it was an honor to spend the day with them and their sweet family. From the excitement of their proposal to capturing these special engagement photos, every moment was filled with love and happiness.

I’m so grateful to have been part of this chapter in their story and cannot wait to celebrate with them again on their wedding day next year. Dollywood and DreamMore Resort provided the perfect backdrop for this unforgettable Smoky Mountain engagement session.

One of my favorite parts of being a family photographer in Abingdon, VA is getting to walk alongside families as they grow. It’s been such a joy documenting this sweet family through the years, and this early morning photo session at South Holston Lake was the perfect way to celebrate six months with their little one. We spent the morning splashing in the water, skipping rocks, and soaking in the laughter ❤️

I’m so excited for Molly and Joe. We had the most perfect day for their engagement session at the beautiful Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina.

Molly envisioned a soft romantic feel, and there truly couldn’t have been a more fitting place for it. The gardens, architecture, and peaceful mountain backdrop made it feel timeless and full of emotion, exactly the kind of setting couples imagine when searching for an Asheville NC wedding photographer or Asheville NC engagement photographer.

We were lucky enough to end the evening with the prettiest sunset over the Blue Ridge Mountains. That warm golden light is one of the reasons destination couples choose Asheville for their wedding and engagement photos.

The mountain views, soft colors, and the calm atmosphere Biltmore creates is just a naturally romantic experience that photographs beautifully.

Days like this keep me thankful for living in such a beautiful area, and it’s why so many couples fall in love with Western North Carolina for both their wedding and engagement photography. ❤️
