A week of full-circle sessions.

I met Holly when we were both pregnant with twin boys. She moved out of state years ago, and this was one of the last photos I had of our twin playgroup… until this week, when I got to photograph her again—now with her second set of twin boys added.

A few days earlier, I had another special session—another of my longtime KMOM friends’ daughters asked me to take her college graduation photos- these photos are 10 years apart. Talk about a 'Then and Now" photo collage! I’m hoping to be there for her wedding photos next!

These sessions just hit different.

Honored to photograph the kickoff of the March session of the Houston Energy Course hosted by the Energy Workforce & Technology Council at Rice University.

The program brings together U.S. Foreign and Civil Service Officers for a week of learning, discussion, and firsthand insight into the energy industry. It was a great group to work with, and I enjoyed capturing moments from the opening session and the participants gathered on the steps of the James A. Baker III Hall.

Looking forward to seeing the conversations and connections that come out of the week ahead.

It was a pleasure photographing the 27th Annual Explorers of Houston Golf Tournament hosted by the Energy Workforce & Technology Council yesterday.

A beautiful day on the course and a great group of participants made it a fun event to capture. From friendly competition to plenty of laughs between shots, the energy throughout the tournament made for some fantastic moments behind the camera.

Congratulations to all the winners and thanks to everyone who made the event such a great experience to photograph!

Holiday party season in full swing ✨

I had the pleasure of photographing Repsol’s holiday party at the Bell Tower on 34th, and this one was packed with personality and fun details.

Beyond the polished posed portraits and natural candid moments, they brought in some great interactive elements:
• Multiple caricature artists — including some of my favorite shots taken over the artist’s shoulder, capturing both the sketch in progress and the couple posing
• An open, walk-up photo booth where groups jumped in with props, silly faces, and zero hesitation

Those moments are always gold — genuine laughter, quick connections, and memories people actually keep.

Corporate events don’t have to feel stiff. When there’s energy in the room, my job is to preserve it — clean, professional, and authentic from start to finish.

Sneak Peek ✨

From “Will you marry me?” to “Is it a boy or a girl?” 💕

Earlier this year, on Valentine’s Day (and her birthday!), this amazingly romantic young man surprised the love of his life with a proposal — and I had the honor of capturing that moment.
This weekend, I was back with the same couple for another once-in-a-lifetime moment… a gender reveal where even the parents didn’t know until the smoke bomb was pulled.

I’m sharing two images together:
• One from their engagement
• One from just seconds before they find out their baby’s gender

Editing these gave me literal goosebumps — and yes, I teared up reliving it all. Some stories just hit you right in the heart.

Last night’s Texas A&M Law event at the Petroleum Club of Houston was my first time photographing at this beautiful venue — and it did not disappoint!

The discussion focused on AI and the Future of Law, featuring an incredible lineup of speakers, thought-provoking dialogue, and a room full of passionate professionals.

Now it’s time to trade my camera for some much-needed rest before diving into the mountain of edits ahead. Grateful for the stories I get to tell through my lens — and for coffee. Lots of coffee. ☕
