Awesome opportunity for our youth to learn how to work together….TEAMWORK- an act or skill that is absent in most rooms…. because we live in a competitive world that prey on the downfall of others. These type of settings teach our youth how to work together and make the necessary adjustments in order to get the common goal achieved. They will learn conflict resolution and be challenged to compete in a healthy way. They will use strategies that reflect integrity, leadership, submission, and discernment. These are skills that will mold our future leaders!
