Absolutely THRILLED to announce it's the Opening Reception for the HOLIDAY ART SHOW at the Kirkland Arts Center Gallery tonight!

This show is absolutely fabulous and features one-of-a-kind arts and crafts from local artists (like meeeeee!). I was floored by how cool everything was last year. Amazing pottery, hand crafted wood platters, cutting boards, blown glass, handcrafted ornaments and of course original artwork! "Pictures just do NOT do any of your paintings justice! They are so much more in person!" is something I hear *every time* people see my artwork in person. My huge waves commission was just picked up by its happy new owners and I was told that yet again. And they bought a matched set of mountain paintings too! I am always absolutely humbled and still surprised when people love my art. My goal right now is getting my online shop up soon!

The crazy difference in one painting between various types of lighting and the pigments in oil paint. ❤️😊 from green to blue to grey. And this is why lighting is *SO* IMPORTANT in artist studios.
