The wedding was stunning & the weather was temperamental but made up for it with some incredible skies.

There were airplanes, dirt bikes, champagne, sparklers and best of all, two people who authentically love each other and everyone that was there to support their life ahead of them.

Andy & I had the pleasure of meeting Monique & JC, the owners of PufferFish Tiki, at their pop up with Porco Lounge.

We walked into a full bar but were quickly greeted and immersed in conversations about life in the service industry. Their kindness, humbleness & captivating personalities had me inspired enough to bust out the mostly dead camera with only my 85 mm lens on it, to try and capture some photos of this truly wonderful evening. Working with limited equipment, space and light is always a challenge I’m willing to take on, especially when I’ve had several tiki drinks 😆 I’m looking forward to a planned trip to Milwaukee to visit their brick & mortar spot.

Steve is a pretty rad artist whose work challenges the societal standard of making everyone comfortable and keeping the reality of sexuality and nudity behind closed doors.

Aside from his personal fine art work, he also does commission pieces such as watercolors of homes & pets and design work as well.

I hope everyone can get outside and enjoy fresh air today. It’s something we don’t realize we need to appreciate until it’s gone.

I’ll be doing my best to get caught up on emails, inquiries, etc. from the past couple months. The turbulence of life has been unforgiving but we are getting back on track.
