Kingdom Studio is looking for an experienced real estate photographer to join our team.

Position Details:

* Part-time: 6–8 shoots per week
* Primary service areas: Pasquotank, Currituck, Hertford, Dare, Hampton Roads and surrounding counties

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of real estate photography experience
* FAA Part 107 Drone Certification (required)
* Strong portfolio required

Pay:

* $50 per shoot/hour (based on experience and efficiency)

Such a good marketing day today with Elora Hutchins from Kingdom Real Estate Services.

We spent the day at Albemarle Plantation working on marketing for several listings with our in house marketing studio, Kingdom Studio. It was one of those days that reminds me why we built things the way we did.

Elora wanted to highlight her beautiful homes for sale as well as her land listing in Albemarle Plantation, and if you know that subdivision, you know it takes someone who truly understands it. Elora knows Albemarle Plantation like the back of her hand. The history, the lots, the views, the lifestyle. Her sellers trust her completely and it is easy to see why. She genuinely cares about her clients and works hard to represent their homes well.

We also had the chance to work with two other wonderful agents today, Michelle Smith from our Kingdom team and Theresa Reese with Inner Banks Real Estate. It is always fun collaborating with other hardworking agents who care deeply about their listings and their clients.
