We are BIG on prepping our couples for an ease on wedding day!

Not every couple we capture has a professional planner or coordinator. I do have thoughts on that, but I’ve learned I’m not here to make those decisions and mandate those things.

Our goal is to make sure when we arrive that our couples are put as ease because we’ve done the work leading into the wedding.

All of our couples have a crafted timeline for their day. This isn’t a timeline that we use for every wedding, you have one created just for you. All of the planners that we love working beside love this! It gives me them an idea of how we work (and boy do we work hard). In fact, it’s why we are referred to their couples over and over.

And then our couple…they feel at ease because while they have a full look timeline from the planner, they have a specific one for family or wedding party that just needs the simple answers, “what time do I need to be ready for…?”

In my 16 years in this industry this is the absolute top thing I’m told sets me apart and couples love. They adore their images, they love that Josh and I are personable, but they LOVE knowing what’s happening on our end and how the photography will flow.

My thing is…at the end of the day, you see us, your photographers more than most people on your day. Let’s make it easier for you to relax in the flow so you can enjoy every minute. 🥰

I’ve joked before that there are 2-3 people we would go back to the island to capture…and these two are one of those couples!

I’ve known Cameron for years. He’s been in several of our weddings and I just love him! When he and Gracie got engaged they asked immediately if we’d come and the answer is of course! Yes!

I LOVE that they came to visit Knoxville for their engagement session. It was so special to see them and we cannot wait to see all of our fun peeps at their wedding in March!

This was a gorgeous session and morning…and it was 74 degrees. Hallelujah.

Have I told you lately that I’m so glad you’re here?

I feel like Instagram ruined the sweet community we had with all the changes of not seeing each other’s stuff. Facebook honestly feels the same. I have beautiful friendships that were created here and I rarely see them anymore.

I think I’m leaning into a simpler way of life for myself these days. I’m still a strategist and own Amy Cole Sullins | Social Strategist and run and curate beautiful accounts. But I love being behind the scenes of those.

These pages used to be filled with my heartbeat and as time moves on, this page will morph into something more…but right now, I’m just glad you’re here. I promise, this fall is full of gorgeous families and sweet couples! But until then…I’m sitting back and enjoying a breath. And I’m really glad you’re still here.
