I’m David Cox, born and raised in Kodiak, Alaska.

My passion for photography stems from simply enjoying cameras, photography, and the challenge of capturing the moments I see around me.

Growing up on Kodiak has given me an incredible place to pursue that passion. From Kodiak brown bears and other wildlife to rugged coastlines and landscapes, I get to photograph the place I’ve always called home.

For me, photography is about capturing Alaska as I know it—the wildlife, the weather, the landscape, and those moments you only get by being there.
