don't lose your sense of wonder 🧑
i've often been told I view the world with a childlike sense of wonder and awe, noticing even the smallest details in nature and landscapes and finding it all so beautiful (and get SUPER, over-the-top excited about all of it). the raw beauty in our world is awe-inspiring, incomprehensible, and absolutely mind-blowing β€” from outer space to the delicate intricacies of a flower. when life gets difficult, being in nature is where I will go to find constancy, peace, and hope. it is a place of refuge and healing. and I would imagine that is a commonly shared experience for so many of us! i believe that the beauty in the universe is a precious gift for us to enjoy, and when we maintain a sense of wonder, allow space for it, and practice actively noticing and appreciating the beauty that is around us, we are able to experience it all fully. there is so much value in not letting it pass by.
i hope that my work helps to spark that same sense of wonder and curiosity in others and showcase how truly beautiful the world is. chase sunsets & night skies, soak in the golden hour, notice the flowers, breath in the fresh air. wonder with me! 🧑

If you've found yourself over here on this page, it is new and still in development. 😊

My nature photography has lived exclusively on Instagram () or my personal page until now, so I thought it was time to have a more "official" Facebook presence in addition to Instagram and will eventually be the new home for all of my nature/landscape/travel photos on Facebook! I did some rearranging (the former "Clarissa Therese Photography" page still exists, but under the new name "Portraits by Clarissa Therese").
