NEVER STOP DATING YOUR SPOUSE! With constantly being surrounded by couples who are just starting their journey together, there are two primary pieces of advice I would give them for the road ahead.

1. Place God above yourself and your spouse.

2. Never ever ever EVER stop dating one another. It will do more for your marriage than you realize.

I shot this promo for "Christmas on the Farm" starting next weekend. Bottom line...I met Santa and he's pretty cool.

But I also forgot to get my microphone back so I hope he returns it under my Christmas tree this year when he swings by.

One of the reasons my shooting style is different for weddings is how I seek to incorporate the bigger story of the lives of the couple getting married. The wedding day is a big deal, yes! But how they got to the wedding day is also important, and I love to uncover that story!

As someone who self-identifies as a "donut connoisseur," I often find mini donuts generic and boring. But these mini donuts by Dough Nation WI were absolutely delicious and not at all boring!
