I had the chance to photograph Moccasin Lake, a cozy riverfront cabin tucked along the south side of Wallowa Lake, and this place was pure mountain magic. The knotty pine interior, the soft glow from the fireplace, and the river flowing just beyond the yard made every frame feel warm and inviting.

Mornings here start with quiet light on the water and coffee on the deck, and evenings settle in slow and cozy—exactly the kind of space that makes you want to linger (and keep shooting). Bonus: it’s pet-friendly, so even the four-legged guests get a front-row seat to the views.
