Let’s talk engagement photos and the importance of them.
Let’s be real, you most likely think they are just to announce your wedding but they are so much more than that!
Here are 5 reasons to take engagement photos:
1. Allows your photographer to get to know your dynamic as a couple. This session allows your photographer to note how you interact with other and helps to catch candid, memorable moments on your big day.
2. They help you get comfortable in front of the camera. Most people are not comfortable being in front of the camera and on your big day there is too much going on to be focused on being nervous in front of the camera. Doing an engagement sessions allows for this session to be your first time in front of a camera, not your big day.
3. They provide the opportunity for feedback. You get to learn what you like and don’t like photographed. You also learn if you and your photographer click and you like their work. This session allows you to get a feel of what your wedding photos will look like.
