Some people just don't want neighbors right outside their window.

A home surrounded by trees and a little extra space can be a huge selling point, and sometimes you really can't tell from the ground.

Put the drone up and suddenly you can see just how private the property actually is.

Definitely something worth showing.

Sometimes you walk into a home and there are little things that immediately catch your eye.

A great kitchen. Nice flooring. Built-in storage. A bathroom that's been updated. Or just a living room that feels really comfortable.

Those are the things buyers want to see.

We make sure the photos don't just show the rooms. They show the features that make the home worth taking a closer look at.

Some homes look pretty straightforward from the street.

Then you put the drone up.

Suddenly you notice the extra space behind the house, the trees around the property, the size of the lot, or something nearby that you couldn't see from ground level.

That's why I like having aerial photos in a listing. Sometimes they show you something you didn't even know was worth showing.

Buyers want to see more than just the living room and bedrooms.

They want to know what the closets look like. How much counter space is in the kitchen. What the bathroom offers. Is there a spot for a home office?

Those everyday spaces might not be the “wow” photos, but they're often the details that help someone decide if a home actually works for them.

That's why we photograph the house, not just the highlights.

Price. Location. Then the photo.

Before they know how many bedrooms it has or read a single word of the description, they've already seen the outside of the house.

That's why I don't treat the exterior as just another photo in the set.

For a lot of buyers, it's the photo that gets them through the front door.

Sometimes you don't realize how much a property has to offer until you see it from above.

Maybe the backyard is bigger than it looks from the ground. Maybe there's more space between the neighbors. Or maybe you just get a better sense of how everything fits together.

That's why I like adding drone photos when they make sense.

They show buyers something regular photos simply can't.

A furnished home gives buyers something familiar to work with.

They don't have to wonder if a couch will fit in the living room or if there's enough space around the bed. They can already see how the rooms work in everyday life.

It doesn't have to be professionally staged or perfectly decorated.

Sometimes a home that simply looks lived in and cared for photographs really well.

Sometimes photos just don't answer everything.

You might like the kitchen and the living room, but still wonder how they actually connect.

That's why I like including a Zillow floor plan. It gives buyers a quick look at the whole layout without having to guess their way through the photos.

It's simple, but really helpful when you're looking at a house online.

The front of the house only tells part of the story.

Maybe there's a huge backyard you can't see from the street. Maybe the property backs up to trees. Maybe there's more distance between neighbors than buyers would expect.

Those are things worth showing.

An aerial photo isn't there just because drones are cool. It's there because sometimes the most useful view of a property is the one buyers can't get from the driveway.

Sometimes the challenge isn't making a home look spacious.

It's showing just how much space is actually there.

The extra room around the dining table. The wide living area. The way you can see from one room into the next.

Good photography helps buyers understand that space instead of just reading the square footage on a listing.

Because 2,000 square feet is one thing. Seeing how you can actually use it is another.
