Marlowe captured her first proposal. 😊
A couple weeks before, she came with me to scout Top of the World with James and his parents. I thought it’d be a good chance for her to learn why we always scout a location before the big day.
What I didn’t expect was James to ask her what her payment should be.
Jokingly, I whispered, “Say 10 Jellycats.”
She looked at me and said, “No Dad... that’s way too much. I’ll say one.”
James smiled and said, “Deal. But you have to come back and photograph the proposal.”
We weren’t expecting that at all.
He planned an incredible evening with both families waiting to celebrate afterward, Marlowe photographed her first proposal, Anna said yes, Marlowe captured some spectacular moments and was paid via her first Jellycat.
Watching James and his parents encourage Marlowe like that is something I won’t forget.
This one was special.
God is good.
