Have a Minnie-rrific Monday my friends! 💙🎀🏰

My last trip to the parks I decided to go very minimal with my camera gear which is very unusual for me 😆 Usually I bring 2-3 lenses- one prime and 2 zoom. This time I wasn’t able to pack as much because we were on a lengthy trip (second part was our cruise) and I wanted to push myself out of my comfort zone and switch things up a bit too. On our one Disney parks day I ended up only using my 50mm prime lens and it really did force me get more creative and adaptive with the surroundings.

I found myself falling in love with the parks in new ways because I was seeing them from quite literally a new angle and in a new light. And that’s what I love so much about photography- as long as you are passionate about what you are capturing, no matter how much time you spend photographing, you never stop being inspired, learning and growing. 🥹📸

Encanto style 💪🏻🌸🕯️🏡

My last visit to Epcot was a half day whirlwind trip so I didn’t get to see every Flower and Garden Festival topiary 😫 BUT the Encanto topiaries were hands down my favorite! Luisa is such a forcefully stunning character and I loved how this angle and backdrop echoed her strength 🥹👏🏻

What a journey it has been 🛳️✨

My family and I recently returned from a 7 night Caribbean cruise aboard the Disney Fantasy. This was our first cruise ever and while not every part was perfect (I LOVE the ocean, my motion sickness does not ☹️) we made memories that would last a lifetime!

I had fun capturing a few details around the ship and some moments of our days in Mexico and Castaway Cay but I mostly chose to unwind and be lazy 😆 My favorite part of this vacation was the fact that we were able to take a break from our daily routines, school/work and even social media and simply adventure together to places unknown.

While I took social media breaks throughout the trip, I did add several story drops that are now highlighted in my bio under “DCL”, check it out if you want to see how our vacation went from start to finish!

✨We’re on our way HOME ✨

My family and I are in for an epic adventure over the next 11 days! Tomorrow we’ll be at Epcot in the morning then Magic Kingdom at night, then on Saturday we board the Disney Fantasy for our FIRST EVER cruise! 🥳 after that we’re headed back to Orlando to experience 2 days of Harry Potter World magic!! I told you it was going to be an epic trip 😆

I’m both excited and nervous for all the fun to come 🙃 Preparing for a completely new Disney adventure has proven to be incredibly chaotic but also incredibly thrilling. I can’t wait to experience completely new and be surprised by the magic!

Like always, I will be adding our adventures to my stories as much as I am able to so be sure to join in on the fun!

In just 3 hours I’ll be boarding a plane to Orlando to knock another bucket list item off my checklist- opening day of Epcot’s Festival of the Arts!! 🎨🎭🖼️

✨🏰🥀 Fairytale views do come true 🥀🏰✨

Hey my friends, hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season! Like I’ve mentioned in my last few posts, life has been very chaotic for me lately, in the best way though 😁 Finally with the kids back in school from Christmas break and our new house settled into I have had some time to collect up and edit some photos that I can’t wait to show you all!

I have several goals for 2023, probably the biggest one being to finally open up a little print shop with my photos! Something tells me this is gonna be great year 😀

My husband and I are headed to WDW in just 6 short days👏🏻 It’s been on my Disney bucket list to go to opening day of an Epcot festival and this year I was able to make it happen for my very FAVORITE- Festival of the Arts! I am a huge fan of several Disney artists who will have their artwork on display at the festival and I plan to purchase prints to mount in our new home. So come join me on that journey next week, as always I’ll be adding to my stories throughout the trip so check them out starting Thursday 😁

Merry merry Christmas my friends!! 🎄❤️

This year we got the BEST early Christmas present that has also made our lives incredibly chaotic- a new home!! 😆 we are super thankful and oh so close to being settled in too!

One more thing I’m super excited and thankful for- my upcoming trip to Disney World for opening day of FOA 👏🏻🎨🎉 (Stay tuned for more on that 😉)

👋🏻 You may hate me but it ain't no lie (Chapek) BYE BYE BYE!! 💋✌🏻

😆 I had this Mickey blowing a kiss and waving pic all queued up for today and realized how perfect it truly is given yesterday’s news 🥴👋🏻

If you you don’t know what I’m talking about, the Walt Disney Company announced that Bob Chapek was stepping down as CEO and former CEO Bob Iger would be replacing him effective immediately.

Personally I am hoping this will mean some changes and return of the magic in the years ahead but time will only tell 😬
