Journey stands out in her school and community through her dedication and leadership. As a black belt in karate and the owner of โJourneys Pop N Floss,โ she continues to inspire others through hard work, discipline, and determination.
After college, Journey plans to pursue a career in Aerospace Engineering with dreams of working for NASA. She describes herself as a leader both at school and within her community. Compassionate, resilient, kind-hearted, motivating, and humbleโthese qualities shine through in her accomplishments and personal growth.
Outside of school, Journey is passionate about her faith in God and spending time with her church family. She also enjoys listening to Michael Jackson, staying physically active, loving on her pets and family, and exploring all things STEM and space-related.
Journey has participated in several extracurricular activities that have helped shape her into the person she is today, including:
