Here's my first astrophoto and what a night it was. After watching countless hours of YouTube videos on how to take a picture of faint nebulae and galaxies in deep space, I finally saved up enough to get the gear I needed to shoot a photo of a DSO(deep space object). This is a photo of the Horsehead nebula(bottom left) and Orion (top right corner) as seen through my telescope, a zs73, and a Eos R camera.

This is single photo of a 5min exposure at Iso 1600 using an L'Extreme.

That time I drove 5 hrs to the Mojave national preserve, parked on the side of the road, took a shot and then drove back. Was it worth it? Absolutely!
