Pictorial Directory Program Outline
At Ambient Light we realize how important your pictorial directory is to your church family! That is why we devised an incredibly simple directory program that will produce a book the entire congregation can be proud of, and help foster a greater sense of community within your fellowship. Not only will you and every participating member receive a directory for free, but your church can also benefit financially from the program! Here’s how:
~ We will photograph every family for free!
~ Your church members will have the convenience of being able to schedule their photography sessions online in real-time!
~ Every participating family will receive one 8x10” color portrait of their favorite pose!
~ Each family photographed will have the opportunity to purchase high – end professional portraits and other products immediately following their photography session during preview of their images.
~ Your church will receive 5% of portrait sales made during the day of photography.
~ Ambient Light will print and deliver the directories at no cost to the church and we will print up a number of directories that is 15% more than the number of sessions photographed (These can be given to members that chose not to participate for a small donation)!
~ We will provide extra photography necessary to design the final directory, and best of all, WE will design the directory while working closely with your committee members for approval!
With Ambient Light’s Directory Program, literally the only things your committee and staff will have to do is promote member participation, help sign members in for their photography sessions, and think up ideas for your new directory!
