🌊📷 Website Refresh Complete! 📷🌊

Over the last few days, I've been giving my website a fresh update to reflect this new chapter of life here on Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast.

I've updated my portrait pricing, refreshed my About Me page, added a new Contact Brook section, and spent some time making everything easier to navigate.

As many of you know, my work has always been a blend of portrait photography, fine art photography, and curated pieces that inspire me. I wanted my website to better reflect all of those creative passions while also making it easier for families and couples to connect with me for coastal portrait sessions.

I'd love to invite you to take a look and let me know your honest first impression.

A few things I'm curious about:

📷 Is it easy to navigate?

📷 Can you easily find pricing and contact information?

📷 Did you realize fine art prints are available for purchase?

📷 What is your favorite image, gallery, or section of the site?

Thank you to everyone who has supported my photography over the years. Whether you've followed my work from Pennsylvania, Ohio, Florida, or somewhere in between, I'm grateful you're here and would love to hear your thoughts. ❤️

The clouds were coming in when we got to the beach this morning and the sun was shining down through them. Every time I see shafts of light coming down from the sky I'm always reminded of the cartoon scenes where you would see escalators going up to heaven when I was younger.

It always brings a smile to my face and makes me stop and appreciate a little moments like this because even as a young girl I believe heaven was close and just a short ride on an escalator.

Standing here at the beach today I realized it's the opposite. I'm already in heaven.

One year ago, I never could have imagined where life would lead me.

The last twelve months have been filled with challenges, unexpected turns, difficult decisions, and more lessons than I can count. There were moments when the road ahead seemed uncertain, and times when life appeared to be tearing down everything familiar so that something new could eventually be built.

Today, I stood on one of my favorite beaches in the world, here along Florida's beautiful Emerald Coast, camera in hand, listening to the waves roll in beneath a bright morning sky. And for the first time in a long time, I felt completely at peace.

What made the morning even more special was something I never expected.

Years ago, during our previous time in Florida, I discovered the work of a local nature photographer named BeBe. I admired her images from afar and always hoped our paths might cross someday. Somehow, despite countless visits to the pier over the years, we never met.

This morning, on my very first walk out to the pier after returning to Florida, she spotted me in the crowd and came over to introduce herself.

It may seem like a small thing to some people, but to me it felt like a beautiful reminder from the universe.

A reminder not to give up on my photography dreams.

A reminder that sometimes we don't have to force things. We simply have to keep showing up.

A reminder that the passions we carry in our hearts never really leave us. They wait patiently for us to find our way back.

As Jim and I begin this new chapter of our lives here in Florida, I don't know exactly what lies ahead. But I do know this:

I am grateful.

Grateful for every lesson.
Grateful for every detour.
Grateful for every challenge that helped bring me back to this place.

And most of all, grateful to be standing here again, camera in hand, ready to see where this journey leads ne

Here's to new beginnings, fresh inspiration, and following the things that make your soul come alive.

UPDATE:Thank you everybody for your kind words and sharing this post. I do believe in the power of prayer and my prayers have been answered today as this boat is now SOLD!!!🙏💯❤️

Some of you may remember when our camper flooded a while back. What started as a difficult season turned into a complete life transition for Jim and I. We’ve been slowly selling, downsizing, and trying to rebuild our next chapter piece by piece.

One of the hardest things for us to let go of is our pontoon boat. Not because it’s “just a boat”… but because of the amount of love, time, restoration, and memories poured into it. We brought this old girl back to life and honestly never imagined we’d be saying goodbye to it this soon.

But right now, selling it would truly help us move forward financially as we transition out of this chapter and prepare for what comes next.

So I’m asking my friends and followers for a simple favor:
Please share this post or our boat listing if you can. Visibility means everything on Facebook Marketplace, and sometimes the right person only finds something because someone else took a second to hit “share.”

The boat is a beautifully restored 25’ 1971 pontoon with a newer 2022 Tohatsu 20HP motor, trailer, new upgrades, and it’s completely water ready for summer.

If anyone is seriously interested, message me directly and I’ll send all the details, photos, and video walkthrough.

And truly… thank you. For the encouragement, prayers, kind messages, and support you’ve shown us through this season. It has meant more than you know. ❤️

It's located in Lake Milton Ohio currently so I'm looking for somebody that's going to be local right now. Hope that helps if anybody's willing to share.

Today's call to action. Procrastination is the killer of plans. Later is now. Do it today!! 🌼

With all that's going on in my life. I still believe in miracles. I've seen enough of them to believe that anything is possible in God's hands.

Today is all about faith as small as a mustard seed. Hanging in there while we wait for our next chapter.

Thanks for all the prayers and kindness.
