Hello friends! My family and I are headed out of town for our annual birthday camping trip tomorrow. We are headed to the Redwoods and then to Cannon Beach area for a week!

When I return I will be working towards releasing my mini and weekend availability for the fall. I won’t be able to post any weekday sessions for the fall until I know my kids’ fall sports schedules. And, I will be offering less minis and fall dates compared to previous years due to some family circumstances. Nothing is wrong with the family, I’m just needed more. 💕

Having your session at your favorite place and just literally playing with your kids is my favorite kind of session! This family recently moved to Texas but before they did, they hired me one more time to capture their family at their local park where their son went to forest school! It was beautiful chaos and I’m so thankful for the opportunity to document memories like finding tree frogs and climbing trees!

As my kids get older, I have found they need me more. Whether it’s to be their driver or safe space to process all their emotions, I am finding I need a little more control over my work schedule.

Expecting a baby in September or October? Now is the time to book your maternity session! I usually find 28-32 weeks the optimal time for maternity sessions and summer in the PNW is a perfect place to do it!
