1. Anxiety is Real — and the Bible Doesn’t Ignore It
The Bible never dismisses anxiety as something imaginary or shameful. Many of God’s faithful servants wrestled with fear, worry, and deep emotional distress — including David, Elijah, Job, Paul, and even Jesus Himself in Gethsemane (Luke 22:44).
📖 Psalm 94:19
“When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought me joy.”
God acknowledges our anxieties and meets us in them.

2. Jesus Offers Peace, Not Just Relief
Jesus doesn’t just want to numb your anxiety — He wants to heal it at the root by offering Himself as your peace.
📖 John 14:27
“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives.
Do not let your hearts be troubled, and do not be afraid.”
Jesus isn’t offering a temporary fix. He’s offering His own peace — a peace not based on circumstances but rooted in His presence.

3. Anxiety Often Comes from Trying to Control What We Can’t
God invites us to release control, not out of apathy, but in trust.
📖 Philippians 4:6–7
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.
And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

4. Jesus Heals — Body, Mind, and Soul
Anxiety affects the whole person, and Jesus heals the whole person.
📖 Isaiah 53:5
“But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities;
the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.”
This passage doesn’t just speak to physical healing — it includes emotional, spiritual, and mental healing as part of Jesus’ atoning work.

5. He Invites You to Cast Your Cares, Not Carry Them
📖 1 Peter 5:7
“Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.”
He doesn’t tell you to “deal with it” — He tells you to give it to Him.
