MARRIED FRIENDS — I’m genuinely curious about something from the photographer side of things! 👀📸

When you receive your wedding gallery and there are photos of your family members, friends, or other couples by themselves (not including you/the bride and groom), do you typically go out of your way to send those people the photo of them from your wedding day?

For example, if your photographer captured photos of your family or friends dancing, laughing at the reception table, interacting during cocktail hour, etc. — do you send those photos to the people who are actually in them?

As a photographer, I sometimes find myself wondering what you guys actually do with the photos once you receive your gallery! 😅

Okay, I think my feed needs a little more COLOR 🩷🧡

Summer is somehow already winding down, so I’m hanging onto the bright, happy, cheery vibes for as long as possible with this throwback.

I second-shot this wedding for another photographer a while back, and the hot pink + orange combo was just too good not to share. It’s fun, it’s bold, and I’m here for it!

Which is honestly kind of funny because I'm typically a HUGE fan of dark earthy tones 🖤🤘 and 90% of my wardrobe is black, so this much color is definitely outside my personal aesthetic… but apparently I can make an exception when it comes to weddings 😉

A gentle reminder for parents booking sessions: not every photo has to include your child’s face to tell a story.

I completely respect families who choose to keep their children’s identities private on social media while still wanting to capture meaningful moments and memories. Tiny hands, little feet, silhouettes, back-of-head shots, cuddles, details, movement — there are so many creative ways to preserve your family’s story while respecting your comfort and boundaries.

If you’ve been hesitant to book a session because of social media concerns, just know we can absolutely create something beautiful together!
