I'm excited to finally introduce the project I've been developing since December; it's a podcast called Funny Papers! Inspiration for this show came from a childhood activity where my grandpa would read the comic strips from the Sunday newspaper, he called them “the funnies”. On Sunday mornings I would sit eagerly on his lap as he described the comic strips from the newspaper. I was too young to read at that age so these stories and his comforting cadence was mesmerizing.
