The key factor I enjoy most when working with Ashley is her trust in me. That trust gives me the freedom to have fun while I'm on assignment and truly be creative.

It allows me to create imagery that helps tell the story of Greenfield and the community they serve.

Alex recognized that having a professional portrait could help him stand out in his job search, and I'm humbled that he chose our studio.

His eagerness to begin this new chapter is inspiring, and I hope he reaches his goals very soon. Taking those first steps into the adult world can feel overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be frightening.

As a community, we all have a role in supporting and guiding our young people in the right direction. Sometimes a little encouragement, a conversation, or even a professional portrait can help build the confidence needed to take that next step.

Wishing Alex the very best on his journey.

You are never too old for a couples portrait.

Our relaxed one-hour sessions are filled with simple posing, conversation, and genuine moments that capture your time together. Whether you've been together for 5 years or 50, every chapter of your story deserves to be remembered.

If you are reading this, take a moment to appreciate how far you've come.

You've made it through the doubts, the setbacks, and the moments when the path forward wasn't clear. You've challenged the voice in your head that said you couldn't, and you've continued moving forward anyway.

Life may not have unfolded exactly as you imagined, but you've built something meaningful. You've created opportunities, strengthened relationships, supported your community, and achieved goals that once felt far away.

Give yourself some credit. Then give a round of applause to the people who have supported you along the way. The circle you've cultivated, the community you've invested in, and the connections you've nurtured have all played a part in your journey.

Celebrate the victories, especially the quiet ones that never made headlines. The hard work, perseverance, and commitment that brought you to this moment matter.

Here's to the next 5, 10, 20, and more years of growth, purpose, and fulfillment.

Keep going. You're doing better than you realize. 👏👏👏

One of the things I never take for granted is when people see the passion I have for photography and trust me to document some of the most important milestones in their lives.

Today, Charles and Tyreescia were married, and I feel incredibly fortunate that they chose to stop by the studio right after their wedding ceremony and create a Forever Portrait.

What is that cliché saying: Long after the flowers have faded and the wedding day becomes a memory, this one-of-a-kind portrait will remain as a lasting reminder of who they were in this moment.

Ben stopped in for an updated passport photo and noticed our wall of Polaroids. As we talked, he shared a story about meeting Edwin Land, the inventor of the Polaroid camera.

It's moments like these that remind me how photography connects people across generations. What started as a simple passport appointment turned into a conversation about one of the most influential figures in photographic history. You never know what stories will walk through the door.

The tintype is the "forever portrait." Every plate is one of one, just like the person sitting for it. It captures a moment that can never be recreated, and when made properly, the image will never fade. Decades and even centuries from now, your likeness can still be seen exactly as it was on the day the portrait was made.
